Rosella Paxson Triple Stone Sterling Ring with Wild Horse Magnesite Hearts and Oval Onyx, Sz 9-1/4

This beautiful sterling silver ring by Apache artist, Rosella Paxson, features two heart shaped wild horse magnesite pieces separated by an oval black onyx. Each carefully set stone is adorned with Rosella’s signature wire work and shot accents. The face measures 3-1/4 inches tall and 1-3/8 inches wide. While the 6mm wide fixed (non-adjustable) shank sits at the 9.25 on our mandrel, it would likely be comfortable on an 8.75, particularly if you are bothered by thick ring shanks.

Rosella S. Paxson is originally from Whiteriver, AZ but currently resides in Albuquerque, NM. She is a member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe on the Ft Apache Reservation. When we asked her about her craft recently, she was very humble, but she said “I have been silversmithing for over 20 years, and enjoy every minute of it... making a piece of jewelry and putting your thoughts of design into the piece you’re making whether it's earrings, rings, bracelets or pendants….it's unique...I am thankful and blessed to have become a silversmith.
