Gerber Guardian II Sheath Knife

So what we have here is a beautiful Gerber Guardian II Sheath knife. I acquired this knife at a show in less than ideal shape. Unfortunately, the previous owner tried to repaint the blade using acrylic paint, complete with dried drips and blobs on the surface of the blade. I stripped it down, double primed it and applied a triple coat of high grade military vehicle paint. The handle is all original but it does have some scratches and a little bit of paint loss. Regardless, it is still in great shape for its age (see photos). The sheath is the original as well and it’s in fantastic condition. I did not hone the edges after painting, so they are still covered by the paint. I do not have the box or paperwork. Please look at all the photos carefully as they are part of the description.
