Cold Steel Espada XL Pocket Knife

So what we have here is a beautiful Cold Steel Espada XL Pocket Knife. This knife is in fantastic condition and appears to have never been sharpened, used or carried. However there are some very small scratches on the pocket clip this probably to it not being stored properly or being thrown in a bag (see photos). I do not have the box or paperwork for this knife.
